Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale Oil & Gas projects, including flowlines, pipelines, well pads, and refineries. The ideal candidate will have 20 to 25 years of experience in project execution, engineering, and construction management, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of flowline, pipeline, well pad, and refinery projects.
Develop and implement project execution strategies, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project operations.
Ensure HSE compliance and enforce strict safety protocols on-site.
Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support for complex project challenges.
Oversee contract management, procurement, and risk assessment for project sustainability.
Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and site personnel, fostering a high-performance work environment.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas industry standards, specifications, and best practices.
Strong expertise in pipeline and refinery construction, commissioning, and maintenance.
Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, and execution in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of Qatar’s Oil & Gas regulations and international standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.).
Preferred Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional)
NEBOSH/IOSH (for safety compliance)
PMI-RMP (Risk Management) or equivalent
