Job Summary:
The NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Level 3 Manager will oversee and manage NDT operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, specifically in mechanical engineering projects. This role requires expertise in NDT methodologies, team leadership, and project management to enhance the quality assurance processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
NDT Operations Management: Supervise NDT operations, ensuring all testing meets international standards and regulatory compliance.
Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on NDT methodologies, including ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.
Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor NDT quality assurance processes to detect material defects and prevent equipment failures.
Team Supervision: Manage and train a team of NDT technicians, providing technical oversight and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Project Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate testing schedules with project managers to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely project completion.
Documentation and Reporting: Oversee the documentation of test results and generate detailed technical reports for management and clients.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all NDT operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Certification: NDT Level 3 certification.
Experience: 5+ years in NDT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in various NDT methods and familiarity with NDT codes and standards.
Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze test data and make critical decisions on equipment reliability and safety.
