Role Overview:
We are seeking two experienced and highly skilled Site Supervisors / Site Engineers to join our team for ongoing civil construction projects. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Supervise the construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is executed as per the plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth and timely execution of construction work.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that the construction work adheres to relevant standards and project specifications.
Safety Management: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site and promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
Progress Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of construction works, including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on milestones and any potential delays.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient usage and reducing wastage.
Documentation: Maintain proper site documentation, including site diaries, reports, drawings, and any other project-related paperwork.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction, with hands-on experience in supervising large-scale construction projects.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Familiarity with relevant software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD, or other project management tools).
Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage site teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify problems on-site and implement solutions to ensure project continuity.
Safety Standards: Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and ability to implement best practices to mitigate risks.
