Experience Required: 18 to 25 years

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Plan and schedule project timelines, resources, and workforce to optimize efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to construction standards, quality control, and safety procedures.
Manage site operations, including material procurement, equipment handling, and workforce supervision.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams.
Monitor and report project progress, addressing any technical or operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with Qatari construction laws, health, and environmental regulations.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management software and construction planning tools.
Deep understanding of mechanical systems in construction projects.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial construction projects.
Prior work experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
Familiarity with Qatari construction regulations and industry standards.
