Job Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Engineers with a strong background in civil construction to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, overseeing site operations, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Site Supervision: Monitor daily site activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and ensure work is performed according to project specifications.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.
Quality Control: Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Cost Control: Track project costs, prepare budget reports, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, including delays and budget overruns, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients, provide updates on project status, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, change orders, and site inspections.
Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, with a strong background in project management and site engineering.
Skills:
Expertise in managing large-scale civil construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
In-depth knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Experience working in the Middle East region, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
Familiarity with construction project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
